"I take pride in helping clients successfully navigate their development projects through the complex maze of land use regulation in Washington."

Chuck Maduell brings a unique approach to helping clients successfully resolve land use permitting and development issues and disputes, having spent the first 10 years of his legal practice as a public sector attorney advising and representing King County on land use planning and zoning issues as head of the Land Use and Environmental Law Section of the King County Prosecutor’s Office and the past 20 years as a private sector attorney advising and representing property owners, businesses, and developers on all aspects of land use law and litigation. Chuck’s practice focuses on providing strategic advice to clients on securing land use approvals and entitlements for their development projects and, where necessary, successfully defending such projects in administrative and judicial proceedings.
